Return & refund policy

Scope

INFINITCORE IT provides services (staffing support, training programs and consulting), not physical products. This policy covers fees paid for those services.

Training programs

Refund eligibility for a specific course is stated in the enrollment agreement for that cohort. In general, refunds are limited once live instruction has begun, except where required by law or where we cancel a cohort.

Placement program

The placement program uses a transparent installment structure described before enrollment. Refund terms, including any cooling-off period, are set in the enrollment documents you sign, not solely on this page.

Consulting & staffing

Project and staffing fees are governed by the statement of work or staffing agreement. Unused prepaid amounts may be refunded or credited as specified in that agreement.

How to request a review

Email info@infinitcoreit.com with your full name, program or invoice reference, and reason for the request. We respond within a reasonable business timeframe.
